Real estate advisory · Any market
Finding the right real estate agent—anywhere.
Call Lynn first. She will help you identify the right local expert, shape the strategy and stay involved in the decisions that matter—from pricing and positioning to negotiation and timing.
A different kind of representation
Local expertise. Continuing perspective.
You should not have to start over
every time life takes you somewhere new.
Most people choose an agent only a handful of times in their lives. Lynn has evaluated, recruited, trained, mentored and worked alongside exceptional real estate professionals throughout her career. She knows what questions reveal genuine expertise—and what impressive marketing can sometimes conceal.
Her role begins before the referral. Lynn learns the life behind the transaction, evaluates the market and property, and looks for an agent whose experience, temperament and working style fit the assignment. Once the introduction is made, she stays close enough to help clients think through the decisions that can change an outcome.

The detail behind the strategy
Lynn’s full-time business partner since 2015, Kate brings a finance background and operational precision to valuation, contracts, transaction logistics and client follow-through. Clients benefit from two complementary strengths: Lynn’s big-picture judgment and Kate’s disciplined execution.
The process
One trusted relationship, from first question to final decision.
- 01
Begin with the whole picture
Goals, timing, property, family considerations and what a successful move needs to accomplish.
- 02
Select for the assignment
Lynn evaluates agents for this property and this client—not simply for general popularity or company size.
- 03
Build the strategy together
Roles are clear, the local plan is established and Lynn remains available for pricing, positioning and negotiation.
- 04
Stay connected through closing
The local agent leads daily execution while Lynn and Kate help keep the broader strategy and client experience on course.
A recent move
Moving closer to what matters most.
Lynn and Kate recently helped a couple leave their longtime South Bend home for a Fort Wayne villa near their children and seven grandchildren.
The work reached beyond finding a house. They helped the couple think through the sale in South Bend, the transition between communities and the kind of home that would support this next chapter. Another couple is now preparing for a similar move from Colorado to Fort Wayne.
These are the assignments the advisory model was built for: emotionally meaningful moves involving more than one market, many interdependent decisions and a family’s vision for what comes next.
Questions clients ask
Clear answers before you begin.
Can Lynn help if the property is outside Indiana?
Yes. Lynn begins by understanding the property, market, timing and personal circumstances, then identifies and helps evaluate a highly qualified local professional for that specific assignment. She remains involved in the high-level decisions while the local agent handles market-specific execution.
Does Lynn replace the local agent?
No. Real estate is local, and the local agent is responsible for the work that requires daily market presence—showings, listing maintenance, feedback and local documentation. Lynn adds another layer of experienced judgment, advocacy and strategic continuity.
Is there a separate charge for this guidance?
In many referral arrangements, there is no separate advisory fee to the client; compensation is handled between licensed brokers at closing. The exact structure varies by transaction and is explained clearly before you proceed.
What if the move involves both selling and buying?
That is often where the model is most valuable. Lynn can help coordinate the larger sequence—sale preparation, pricing, timing, agent selection in both markets and the negotiation decisions that connect one move to the next.
What happens when the property is in Fort Wayne?
Lynn and Kate remain closely involved and may work directly with the client. When additional day-to-day coverage is useful, Lynn brings in the right local assistance without stepping away from strategy or the important decisions.
