An entrepreneurial chapter rooted in stewardship.

After years as a Brookwood client, Lynn acquired the then nearly 70-year-old Fort Wayne company with her late friend and business partner, Jeff Hodgson. Together they recruited former Fort Wayne Public Works director Bob Kennedy as COO and helped position the company for its next chapter.

Lynn later sold Brookwood to Bob—the leader she had helped put in place—an example of the pattern that runs through her work: understand what an organization needs, find the right people and leave it stronger.
