My goal is always the same: to create rooms that feel intentional, livable and reflective of the people who use them—spaces that make owners feel happy and relaxed while effortlessly delighting their guests.
Design should never feel forced. It should feel natural, layered and comfortable: a home you genuinely enjoy living in every day.

One of Lynn’s largest and favorite transformations, this renovation opened the home to light, fresh air and the lake. Wider pathways, reworked layouts and brighter finishes created a calmer, more functional home shaped around lake living.

Originally built in the 1920s, this cottage was reimagined as a bright, highly functional lake office and guest retreat. Soft fabrics, warm woods and layered pattern honor its character while making every room feel fresh and useful.

Purchased as a flip, this home was redesigned to maximize value and remove the guesswork for its future owner. Lynn reworked the primary suite and bath, refreshed the kitchen and additional baths, and used contrast and ceiling height to make the home feel brighter and more open.
