Timeless by design

A note from Lynn

Current, but not
too trendy.

Timeless design is not about chasing trends. It is about creating spaces that feel current yet enduring.

My goal is always the same: to create rooms that feel intentional, livable and reflective of the people who use them—spaces that make owners feel happy and relaxed while effortlessly delighting their guests.

Design should never feel forced. It should feel natural, layered and comfortable: a home you genuinely enjoy living in every day.

Project 01 · Personal residence

Mallard Cove Villa

Fort Wayne, Indiana

Lynn’s Fort Wayne home brings together warm wood, collected art, tailored details and confident touches of color. The result feels layered rather than decorated—polished, comfortable and deeply personal.

Project 02 · Full renovation

Lake House Design

Lake Wawasee · Syracuse, Indiana

One of Lynn’s largest and favorite transformations, this renovation opened the home to light, fresh air and the lake. Wider pathways, reworked layouts and brighter finishes created a calmer, more functional home shaped around lake living.

Project 03 · Refresh and reconfiguration

Lake Condo Design

Lake Wawasee · Syracuse, Indiana

Bright color, warm wood and more open sightlines transformed this cozy condo. A new bar uses the space above the living room without interrupting the view, while statement lighting adds character and polish throughout.

Project 04 · New construction

Lake Spec House

Syracuse Lake · Syracuse, Indiana

A lakeside lot with possibility became a relaxed, welcoming spec home. A soft blue kitchen reflects the water, durable finishes stand up to real lake life, and every room helps buyers picture themselves immediately at home.

Project 05 · Historic cottage

Lake Office & Guest Cottage

Lake Wawasee · Syracuse, Indiana

Originally built in the 1920s, this cottage was reimagined as a bright, highly functional lake office and guest retreat. Soft fabrics, warm woods and layered pattern honor its character while making every room feel fresh and useful.

Project 06 · Value-minded transformation

Vawter Park Road

Lake Wawasee · Syracuse, Indiana

Purchased as a flip, this home was redesigned to maximize value and remove the guesswork for its future owner. Lynn reworked the primary suite and bath, refreshed the kitchen and additional baths, and used contrast and ceiling height to make the home feel brighter and more open.
